Ive embroidered a few shirts now, and I always use a cover up on the back the stabilizer might be softer, but I still like to put it over the back of the embroidery. I use Heat N BOnd Lite which fuses the applique to the shirt, so if there is shrinkage they both shrink together sort of. Please tell me what you think, I am curious to see if I am missing something?
